Stephanie Taylor – “It was time to get in.”

But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.”
Jeremiah 29:7

Stephanie Taylor has a million dollar smile and a sharp intellect but more than that…she has her priorities in place.

Faith. Family.  And then community.

As a graduate of the original A.J. Dimond High School in Anchorage, she’s been around a long time raising a family and engaging in church and organizations like TeenPact and the successful statewide initiative Alaska Family Action was privileged to lead requiring parental notification for a minor’s abortion. She has been busy in a lot of great ways.

Lately, she has seen a shift occurring in Alaska’s “biggest village” that has to be curtailed.

Shuttered up businesses. Growing crime and street vagrants. Rising taxes and a downtown that is a shell of what it used to be.

It’s past time for change and Stephanie Taylor is absolutely convincing people all across political, cultural and economic lines that she is up for the challenge. As a candidate for Anchorage Assembly, she is doing her part to bring some balance back to a governmental body that is in no way representative of the state’s largest populated city. Nine of the eleven members are far left, big Government, socialist leaning activists.

Forrest Dunbar, her opponent who lost to current Anchorage Mayor Dave Bronson, has shown himself to be as liberal as our summer days are long. CLICK HERE for an article by Craig Campbell in Must Read Alaska for ample evidence of that.

I’m privileged to have Stephanie today on “I’m Glad Your Said That“, our weekly podcast/broadcast, and hope you can tune in.
