Although between now and November 3rd, Alaska Family Council and our political arm, Alaska Family Action, will be heavily involved in looking out for the welfare of our city (and state and nation) in the political realm, (Jeremiah 29:7) we are honored to advocate for and encourage participation in other arenas to advance the Gospel.
Here are two opportunities to consider and share among your friends and family.
September 18th & 19th – Anchorage Grace Church
Plant the Flag Conference
The purpose of the Plant the Flag Conference is to advance expository ministry in Alaska by equipping pastors, church leaders, and church families in expository preaching and discipleship — strengthening local churches across Alaska to proclaim the Gospel faithfully by demonstrating the sufficiency of biblical expository ministry in the keynote sessions, breakout tracks, and speaker Q&A panels hosted at Anchorage Grace Church. October 2nd & 3rd – Fairview Loop Baptist Church – Wasilla
Christianity & Culture Conference
In a culture challenged by widely divergent philosophies, we need to learn to stand on the solid foundation of Scripture and to understand faith as a total worldview. Join Worldview Academy faculty at a weekend conference in Wasilla that will encourage and equip your family to think and live according to a biblical worldview.
