The number 40 appears in the Bible over 150 times. Of those times, the words 40 days and 40 nights are found 24 times. Each time, they denote a significance for God and his people.The 40 Days for Life campaign, the world’s largest grassroots movement to end abortion, starts on Wednesday, September 27th and pro lifers across the globe, including here in Alaska, are gearing up.Mary Kemper, a local nurse in Anchorage and coordinator of the campaign, is on the show today to discuss this remarkable ministry that has over 1,000,000 volunteers in 64 nations.
