To be clear, we are blessed to have multiple candidates with experience and enthusiasm on social conservative policy. Some more than others. But the last thing we need is another rally, applause-line theatre or drawn out articulation of identical positions. Because we’re only inviting conservative candidates who are legitimate contenders, our audience can assume broad agreement.

At our Forum, we’re taking it a step further to help you determine how their courage, priorities and governing philosophies align with what they are saying on the campaign trail.

Our intent, and we’re not saying it’s going to be easy, is for this forum to be a moment for you to see where the candidates stand on tradeoffs and implementation rather than ideology alone.
